December 14th, 2017 – La Crosse, Wis. – The Batavian Building at 319 Main Street in historic downtown La Crosse is now home to Portraits By Octobra, a new photography studio headed by Octobra Jensen, veteran studio photographer. Portraits By Octobra focuses on newborn, children, and family portraits. Other studio photographic services are available by request.
Octobra has nearly two decades of studio experience and has worked for PCA – the company responsible for managing photography studios in Walmart stores – where she was the district manager overseeing ten Walmart portrait photography studios. She went on to work for Lifetouch for nearly seven years in its JC Penney Studio division.
Octobra’s goal with all of her clients is to make their photo session stress-free and relaxed. Her clients have this to say about her work:

The studio is 800+ square feet of modern, bright, and private space located at 319 Main Street, Suite 200, in the historic Batavian Building in downtown La Crosse; a building on the National Register of Historic Places. The studio features a private restroom and changing room, a relaxed and kid-friendly space set in a bright and warm studio, with refreshments and other amenities for a stress-free experience.
